The first visit from My Neighbor's Maid will always take the longest. Especially in homes that have not had a recent regular cleaner, the build up of dust, dirt, grime and pet hair is very common. Our goal on this first visit is to get your home to the My Neighbor's Maid maintenance level clean.
After the first visit, we will work with you to develop a regular cleaning schedule that makes sense for your home and budget. Most of our clients enjoy a bi-weekly schedule, but many also prefer a weekly or monthly cleaning. If you have cleaning priorities that are not found on our standard checklist, please mention to our team and we would be happy to customize your checklist to meet you home's needs.

At My Neighbor's Maid we do also offer one time cleanings, but we always recommend a more regular cleaning schedule for additional time and cost savings! One time cleanings tend to take longer as dust and dirt builds up between cleanings.
